Temperature controlled main barn stall w/attached paddock - $480/month

Attached Barn
Attached barn - $380/ month

• Box stalls 12' x 12'

Covered Paddocks
Covered paddocks 12' x 12' - $325/month


The facilities include:

• Heated indoor arena appx. 90' x 200'  
• Primary Outdoor Arena with stadium lighting - 180' x 300'
• Secondary Outdoor Arena - 100' x 225'
• Superior sand footing in all 3 arenas
• Comfortable lounge with view of indoor arena.
• Gazebo
• Kitchen facilities
• Indoor rest rooms

Feed:

• Grass or alfalfa hay
• Sweet grain mix
• Other feeds, supplements, or medications provided by owner administered upon request

Services include:

• Pasture or paddock turnout included upon request.
